Journey with a client

“I had the privilege of being able to partake in regular art therapy sessions with Michelle regularly over a period of 4 months. The space created by Michelle was safe and nurturing and allowed me to explore parts of myself that I was unaware of prior to the sessions. I never came out of a session not feeling enlightened. The freedom she offered me to be creative, expressive and flow through all that came up for me was a true gift. We focussed not only on art but also on meditation, breath work and visualisation. I cannot speak more highly of Michelle and the impact she has had on my being.” - Tykara 22 years old (Art Therapy client)
